    Hi,

I’ve been using the plugin for 3-4 weeks without a problem but today I noticed that it stopped syncing completed orders.

When I open the plugin setting page I get the following message (within the plugin settings):
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

But the website is working as usual without any problem, so it’s only the plugin showing it (while the site still works).

    I’ll appreciate your help,

    Thank you for your time.

    Hey @ostonegi

I am sorry as you are facing the issues.

Please follow the steps to resolve the issues,

1 – Update the plugins with latest version V1.8 – updated yesterday

2 – Revoke the token on Google API settings tab

3 – Clear your Google Spreadsheet once settings tab working and then use click to sync button.

Please let me know if you still have the issues.

    Thanks,

    Arpit G Shah

    Thank you for your reply.

The plugin was the latest version (1.8). I also tried to roll-back to 1.7.1 but in both scenarios the plugin settings screen will not let me click anything, while other WP dashboard options all work as usual.

I also revoked the token as you requested but it’s the same in both version.

I am sorry for misunderstood. You got an email for this error from WordPress or enable the wp_debug mode for a while.

I did get an email but the website works as usual, there was nothing wrong on the website except the message in the plugin dashboard.

I attach the email here and I removed the full domain name (replaced it with @@@)

Howdy! WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPSyncSheets Lite For WooCommerce. First, visit your website (@@@) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (@@@wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpsyncsheets-woocommerce) and check for any visible issues. Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. @@@wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=2teL8iwAbI8HgB&rm_key=ZS6PwhoV4V7lto To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. I got your message and you can remove above message as well.

Error says – Token has been expired or revoked.

Kindly create reset settings and generate new Client ID and Client Secret keys.
