Plugin Fails to resolve HEIC images

  • Currently whenever we try to load HEIC images the plugin fails to properly render them, is this a limitation of the plugin? Is there any documentation that I can check to see all the supported images types?

    As long as the image link displays correctly on any browser/device, then EXMAGE can handle. If the HEIC images aren’t rendering properly, it might be due to how the link is generated or how the browser processes it.

    As far as I know, HEIC images are typically converted to another file extension, like JPG, when you upload an image to get its URL, like uploading them to Google or WordPress. You usually can’t upload a HEIC image and keep its original format. Could you please let us know how you obtained a HEIC image URL to use with our plugin?
