  • Hi @shaische,

Sorry to hear you’re having problems with the latest update.

That error appears when there’s an issue generating an authentication access token via Jetpack.

Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check the latest logs for Google Listings & Ads?

There should be a log similar to this:

ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Internal\DependencyManagement\{closure} in add_auth_header() A WP Error was generated. Code: "no_user_tokens" Message: "No user tokens found".

Note that Code and Message might be different in your case.

Please share the relevant part of the log here so that we can take a look.

    Best,

    Nima

@nimakarimi Here is the error it shows:

2021-08-12T05:05:48+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Internal\DependencyManagement\{closure} in add_auth_header() A WP Error was generated. Code: "no_possible_tokens" Message: "No blog token found".

It seems to me others are also having issues where their site stops working after the latest update per the threads recently posted.

@nimakarimi Well? How do I fix this?

I just updated to the latest version of this plugin and still it’s causing my website to crash! See attached image: https://imgur.com/a/WZs25Fa

    I need this fixed!

    Hi there @shaische,

    Thanks for sharing the logs.

It looks like your site’s Jetpack connection is broken.

Please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack as suggested here. If that doesn’t work, let us know.

@battouly I’m really confused what jetpack has to do with Google Ads plugin, but I see it in the error… this is very strange? I don’t even have it installed. I deactivated it and uninstalled it prior to this error and this error only happened after I upgraded the Google Listings & Ads plugin.

    Hello @shaische,

Jetpack is not required to use Google Listings & Ads if you have an existing Jetpack connection on your site either via Jetpack itself or another extension like WooCommerce Payments or WooCommerce Shipping, Google Listings & Ads will use that connection.

However, if you don’t have any existing Jetpack connection then you may need it. Could you please install Jetpack and connect it to your site? Please try again once you have done that. Let us know how it goes.

We look forward to your response.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
