Plugin facetWP not working with shopkeeper theme

  • hello,
    i am using the shopkeeper theme and have installed facetwp as filters for my shop. unfortunately they dont work, when i click on the checkboxed to refine the search, nothing happens. since i am not a developer i couldnt get too deep into php coding but my sensation is that there might be a fix to this using some custom coding. is anyone here who had the same experience and can help me to fix this issue? when i install the storfront theme, the filter works perfectly.
    the above pasted link shows the facetwp filters examplary as for categories and price, the rest below is another plugin which doesnt work, therefore i am looking for a new search filter plugin.

    Please do not password protect or post the password like that on these forums.

    Many people (correctly) swear that FacetWP is a gift from heaven but it is a commercial product and those are not supported here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Like you, we are all volunteers here and do not have access that commercial code. Or want access; anyone posting someone’s code that way would get into real trouble here.

    i have contacted the developer several times but i am not getting any help there, thats why i am asking here for help.

    I don’t know where the developer is located but in the U.S. it’s a long holiday weekend and most of us have checked out since Friday to return Tuesday. Most of us except people who need support or forum moderators. ??

    You may have to be patient and wait till they get back to you.
