    Hi all –
We are trying to use the faceted search plug-in, but running into some difficulty.

We have a large number of categories and sub-categories, and we can’t get them to all appear or stay in the proper order.

Problem 1 – Even though all of the Categories appear in the Categories page, many are missing in the Category Ordering page as well as the widget itself.
Problem 2 – We are unable to properly save any adjustments made in the Category Ordering page. When we click Save, we are immediately booted to our homepage and all adjustments are lost.
Other thing – We noticed that the Category Ordering page is formatted oddly. The WordPress footer (Thank you for creating with WordPress. ? Documentation ? Freedoms ? Feedback ? Credits Version 3.2.1) cuts through the middle of our page, and isn’t at the bottom.

We are using the latest WordPress (3.2.1) and latest Faceted Search (also 3.2.1).

Sometimes problems with the category ordering page can be solved simply by deactivating and re-activating the plugin. Please let me know if that resolves any of your issues.

Ok, I’m able to reproduct Problem 2, and will be working on a solution. Problem 1 should disappear after you deactivate and reactivate.

I’ll see what I can do about the footer problem too.

Ok, I’ve found a solution to Problem 2. It was a bug from changes from the latest version. I’m going to see if I can fix the footer thing, and then upload a new version. Should be ready later this evening.

Thanks for the update! I installed 3.3.1, and it appears to be working now. I also did a deactivate/reactivate, which may have helped.

    Hey Andrew!

have you found a solution for tag ordering? I deactivate/reactive the plugin and tags still not ordered.

Im using the Faceted Search Tag Widget.

    Thanks in advance!
