    A good day to all.
I’m experiencing problems when linking the plugin to my facebook app and page.

I succesfully granted permissions to the plugin and my app id and secret are also succesfully validated.

The problem is that I still get this annoying error:

Some or all access permissions are missing. Please click the button Grant access rights! and authorize the plugin to post to your Facebook profile or page.
    [Error occured at line 774]

Your page or profile’s access permissions could not be verified.

    Does anyone have a solution?

Hi, everyone. I was having the same problem and tried the fix outlined here, but I think I really messed something up. I followed the directions exactly, but after uploading the changed fpp_index.php file, I now visit my blog (which is https://customyarn.com/blog) and get nothing but a blank screen and this error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/lindsey/public_html/customyarn.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/facebook-page-publish/fpp_index.php on line 5

I know I must have just messed something up in that file, and stupidly didn’t make a backup of the file before doing this and re-uploading it. I can’t even access my back office to uninstall this plugin and start fresh.

Is there any way to get a “clean” copy of this fpp_index.php file so I can reupload it and get back on track? I’m kind of freaking out here without being able to access my blog at all ??

    Thanks!

    Thanks Kuba Mitika. It worked.

btw here the option that i had to disable is called “Remove offline_access permission:”

    WORKS!!! Thank you ??

Facebook Page Publish not posting any of my site posts.

I installed and did setup successfully.

then also it is not working

    not showing any error also

    Those steps worked for me

@ Kuba – works perfectly – thank you for the solution!

made @rodilard ‘s changes -> works great now! Thnx a lot!

Thanks a million!!!! Just spent the last 3 hours hitting my head again a wall. ??

This worked great for me 2!!

@rodilard ‘s changes worked great for me – thanks for sharing ?? ??

was going mad and now I can finally get on with it ??

Rodilard change just caused conflicts with other plug-ins. I’ve tried the “Kuba Mikita” Deprecate change and it doesn’t seem to work even though I specified a privacy policy page.

Doesn’t anyone have a means of getting the original dev to fix it. Or is there an alternative plug-in that does the same thing?
