so just to get this straight: facebook wants me to get them an account in my wordpress blog so that they can test if their own plugin works, or how do i have to understand this?
it doesnt really seem like facebook actually wants us to use this plugin.

From here it looks like the code is fine but the process is buggy. It appears the people who review the Opengraph actions don’t know about the plugin, that it was written by Facebook, and that it has corporate backing. I think we’ll need to wait for the plugin team to sort this out internally.
