[Plugin: Facebook Likes You!] Home Page Like Button doesn't work correctly

Hi, I love this plugin. The only problem is that Like Button on my home page is not working correctly. It doesn’t display the actual count. Right now it has “0” likes, but I know that there should be at least “1” like (mine)

Could somebody please have a look at my page? Senior Care Community
