[Plugin: Facebook Comments for WordPress] WordPress Comments hiding even though box is unchecked

My blog is https://www.AmericanGoulash.org

Although I do not have the box checked to hide WordPress comments, it still hides it. When I manually click on “show comments,” it hops from the top to the bottom and leaves a giant space between the facebook comments and wordpress comments. I would like to be able to see both sets of comments “open” without any additional clicks. I’m not sure if this is a plugin preference problem or something wonky with my template.
