[Plugin: Facebook Comments for WordPress] Facebook comments only show on some of my pages

On the others it says comments closed. It seems as though the comments are only closed on my most recent posts.

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating, but not much else, as I’m not sure what to do…

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
