[Plugin : Facebook Comments for WordPress] Comment count & link wrong home page

Besides all of the other problems people have with this plugin, I would like to remove the “view comments” that appears with all of my posts on my home page because they don’t accurately count the comments for each post and they all link to the latest post.

https://www.culturerev.com – You can see each of the posts have “view comments” but they all link to the most recent and they are actually only showing the comment count for the latest post. If this can’t be fixed, is there a way to remove “view comments” from my home page.
