[Plugin: Facebook Comments for WordPress] A lot of spam comments

Hi!
Hi! I have added this plugin here https://www.shaikhnaveed.com/. When I see it on another pc. It shows a lot of spam comments. How can I avoid them.
Is this a bug. Have I to remove the plugin?

Please help.
