[Plugin: Facebook] Comments Don't Show Up At All

right there with you @debbrancheau!!! I have the same problem. I was using Facebook Comments for wordpess with no issues, and then I installed FB plugin. Everything seems to work but there is no comment box at all on my posts cops.com At this point I would be willing to pay someone to get this to work…Z

I agree they shut @brettbum down too. Never answered the same question we all have.

You seemed to have comments on your pages. And I just checked my pages and we too have comments there. But no comments on posts. Which is the exact opposite of what we want. And I don’t see any place to change that setting.

I figured it out…. If I select All Posts… then select Quick edit… Then check Allow Comments.. The FB comments section shows up… I am using a custom theme from Ghostpool: Juggernaut

There is a clear problem in this plugin…. It puts off my whole admin

Please make sure you update to WP 3.4
Go to edit a post -> click the screen options drop down menu at top.
1. Make sure Discussion and comments are check marked.

2. Go to the bottom part of the edit post page and u will see this.
Make sure both are checked.
Allow comments.
Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.
This should display the comments on a post and page.

@matt Kelly: I had follow instructions of 256studio and I’m sure both are checked: Allow comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page. But…nothing change. I sure problem in this plugin because I had use another plugin as: SEO Facebook comments and it’s show. But now…:(

For a publicly traded company this sure is a bad plugin. To think this is official too…

Are there updates in the immediate future? I cant get comments to work at all….

prozachtx is right – Go to Quick Edit and tick ‘allow comments’ – don’t know why this changed without me doing anything but this makes it work.

I’m having the exact same issue. I install the plugin and nothing happens except it removes my normal comments. It shows a link that says “View Comments” but it just refreshes the page when I click it.

I am having the exact same issue. Has anyone resolved this? None of the above made by comments actually show.
