[Plugin: Facebook Comments] Can't place comment box where I want it

The plugin gives a php manual insert code BUT since the plugin also automatically inserts the box, what good is the manual insert code? No matter where I put it, the location of the comment box defaults to where the plugin wants it to be, not where I want it to be.
