[Plugin: Facebook Comments] Can't Create an App on Facebook

    Hey guys. I’m using a plugin to integrate Facebook comments with my posts, however one of the steps is to “Create an App” on Facebook.

    Seemed simple enough. I created a developer profile, and once I did that, a “Create an App” button was added to the drop down menu on the top of Facebook. I clicked this button, and was brought to this page:

    From everything I’ve looked at, there is supposed to be a button on this page that says “Create an App”. To be clear, I am logged in as a developer.

    Any help appreciated.
