[Plugin: Facebook AWD All in one] How to get posts published to facebook using this plugin?

    I think this is a good plugin, but I cannot figure out how to get posts published to facebook using this plugin.

    When editing a post, I get this message in the sidebar:

    Message: You must authorize publish_stream permission in the settings of the plugin

    When I go to the fb awd settings, I see nothing about “publish_stream”. I do see an “authorize app to publish on your pages” button” under “facebook connect”, but clicking on it does nothing. I seem to have all the fields filled out correctly otherwise.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    You must FIRST activate Facebook connect and you must be facebook connected on your site. Then you clicking on the button will reload the page, and reload the data associated (pages list etc…)

    Then select pages you want the plugin will publish on in the List menu and save settings

    Then In editor you can manage if you want to publish or not.

    An author on my site has logged in with Facebook credentials, and is getting the above listed publish_stream message, but as an author cannot get to the plugin settings – any way to clear this message, and post to the linked Facebook page, or does the plugin only work for site admins?

    Each admin users must reference the pages where he want to publish on.

    So if your site must publish on a shared facebook page, you must add each author of your blog as admin of your FB pages (in facebook settings)

    Then each users will be able to select this page to publish on when they publish posts on your site. (only if they are admin.)
