    Hi,

Yesterday we purchased the pro version of the plugin.
Shortly thereafter Our site crashed and took our a while to get it back up.

All our plugins were disabled, i started enabling them one by one, I had enabled 4 and had a GTmetrix page load time of 2.44 seconds.

Then I activated your plugin and it took almost a minute to activate, it also took over 30 seconds for my site to load, and now GT metrix will not
even test the site because it times out.

I really like your plugin, what can I do?

I have WP fastest cache plugin but I did not activate it, I wanted to see if we could fix this first,

    thanks,

    Hi there,

It took me 6 hours and finally I got success in fixing it ??

I found problem was in this plugin only (you ware right). Interestingly 2 sql select queries ware not allowed to fire twice. This case is only with your installation and should not happen. Select queries can be called thousand times without any trouble. I think your database hosting (I know its on same server) may be little slower and making this deadlock. Please contact to your host provider in such case for clarification (may be silly doubt of mine).

Anyways, I have fixed the issue and will add in next version to work on any server.

Thanks for fixing this issue. My site is back up to speed and your plugin works great.

    I have a few questions:

Where can I find documentation? I’m sure that would answer most of these questions.

My site still gets a server error on GTmetrix and will not show me
    any details.

The blue menu button does not show up- I have tried all 4 possibilities, I would like it in the top right area. Before the problem with the site happened I could see the edge of the button peeking out from the very edge of my slider, just enough to see the
color blue button. Now I don’ even see that

In setting up custom fields, which is one our our most important issues,
what does it mean “option key and value should be entered”? I placed a few
options in the area, hit Create New Field” and a it popped up with
“Please insert Field label” – I don’t understand

Can we have a multiselect field so the user can select more that one option?

Can we change the order of the custom fields?

How can we edit the original fields and order?

Will your plugin work with “advanced custom fields” plugin?

    What does “custom status” mean?

    Sorry, one more thing

I am not sure if it is showing up correcty:

When I select “service request” on my top menu, all the field
show up on the right side.

But it still says “create a new ticket”

I thought the fields don’t show until you actually select
“create a new ticket” like your site,

thanks, sorry for all the questions, but I really need this plugin to work correctly, it’s very needed for our Association. I will definitely pass it on to all the members once we get it working.

I have decided to do a complete restore of my site. There are too many
problems that need to be fixed in CSS and so on.

So no need to do anything.

I will reinstall your pluging after I have it back up and Im sure everything will be fine.

I still need the answer to the questions that will apply to a new
    installation.

    thanks for your help

    Hi,

For support button, please see bellow screen-shot-

If still does not worked, I will again need access to check the issue.

Regarding “Please insert Field label”, please clear your browser cache and try again. It should work.

Custom fields are of two types-

    1. Text fields
    2. Drop down (not multiselect)

You can insert custom field in your required order. You can not change the order.

We do not provide any documentation for developers to alter the code. Instead we provide paid customizations for interested customers.

This plugin do not adopt “advanced custom fields”.

Custom status mean we can add more statuses other than open, pending closed for ticket.

I am not sure if it is showing up correcty:

When I select “service request” on my top menu, all the field
show up on the right side.

But it still says “create a new ticket”

I thought the fields don’t show until you actually select
“create a new ticket” like your site

I don’t understand this but yes, you need to click on “create a new ticket” tab to raise new ticket for logged-in user.
