[Plugin: External Links] Warning displayed for ob_start()

    This error message is displayed at the top of every page in wordpress 3.4.2 (running on PHP 5.4.4) when the “Apply Globally”, “Add Icons”, and “Open in New Windows” options are checked in the plugin’s settings:

    Warning: ob_start(): non-static method anchor_utils::ob_filter() should not be called statically in C:\xampp\htdocs\content\plugins\sem-external-links\anchor-utils\anchor-utils.php on line 33
