[Plugin: Extended Comment Options] Feature Request: Extend management to Pages

I have the same request as the person before me — this plugin has been really helpful as I’ve been dealing with some screwy comment settings. I’ve got my posts under control, thanks to your plugin.

Now I’d like to be able to bulk manage the comment settings for pages as well.
