[Plugin: Exclude Pages] Pages included in dropdown have bad page format

I created several sub-sub-menus in my dropdown bar and two of the pages that are included are not having the correct page format and appear blank. ??

If you click on the top navigation of LA Theatres on https://bitter-lemons.com, you can see four dropdown menus. The last one (Mid-Town NoHo Neighborhood Council) has seven sub-menus and the last one (Theatre Tribe) comes out as an empty page with a sidebar. If you compare it with the other theatre pages, they are all full-page width.

Can anybody help? Is there a limit on the sub-menus? I looked in the php file but couldn’t find any limit or any restrictions. I have two pages that won’t cooperate (the other one I took down because this is embarrassing!)

Any help the sooner the better, would really be appreciated! I need for this to work. My newsletter is going out Wednesday night.
