    I tried to install again and installation failed….

    Hi Sandra,

    I am sorry you are having problems. I am not sure why it would delete everything. That is the first time I have heard of that problem.

    Can you give me some details such as what version you were upgrading from? What errors you are receiving when trying to update, etc?
