[Plugin: Events Manager] "This event does not have a physical location" output

hi,
currently the plugin outputs “, , ” as location information in the list view of the events while “This event does not have a physical location” is checkmarked at the backend… Is there a way to remove that?
(furthermore this should be a bugfix…)
