angelo_nwl, that short code was almost exactly what I needed but I’m trying to show [scope=”past”] starting from the most recent, currently it’s showing the oldest first, do you know how I can change that?

Because there’s no predefined function for that, you’d need to write a custom wp_query using a count statement.
