[Plugin: Events Manager] Reminder Emails

atm not something EM does but we’ll be adding that soon

Any word on when Event Reminder Emails will be completed.

no eta yet, lots going on at the same time, but it’s up there in the priority list.

will it have the ability to send phone text reminders as well?

no, but it’d be a good base from which to implement this solution in the future (or you could implement this for yourself)

Any timeline on the Event Reminder Emails? Anything we can do to help it along? Throwing it out there for fun, any thoughts of MailChimp integration? (Follow up with attendees etc.)

actually, this is now implemented in the dev version, but of the pro add-on. Stuff like this will likely remain as a pro feature.

MailChimp will come within a few months, and will be the first newsletter service we’ll integrate with. We’ll be adding more email functions native to the plugin first which will then integrate with 3rd party services.

attendee reminders are avaialable (on pro), you can set an email template (same concept as confirmed/pending/etc. emails) to be sent x days before events start.
