hi, currently recurrences can only be 1 day events, start/end dates are the span of the recurrence. will be adding that possiblity soon.

I’m having a similar issue, except that my event occurs on a single day.

I created an event that occurs every Thursday from March 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012. However, when I view the calendar, the system actually placed the events on FRIDAYS.

I verified that my system timezone and date are set correctly in the general settings tab.

Please DISREGARD! I fixed the issue. I had the wrong day of the week ticked <sigh>.

    Awesome plugin.

    The end.

    thx for updating

Are recurring events only part of the PRO version? I was about to pay for the PRO for other features, but then noticed that my supposedly recurring events aren’t recurring. I also couldn’t select the days of the week (Mon, Tues, etc).

I can only select the dates (3/1 – 3/30) and times, but could not select how the event recurred.

Just checking to see if this is part of the PRO version only.

Also, it did not show up in my “Recurring Events” settings page after I selected a range of dates (3/1 – 3/30).

No, recurring events can also be use publicly. Should be Recurring events > Add Recurring Event then This event repeats > Weekly > [select days]

Weird, then in what I have in the “When” field is:

    1.) From _____ to _____
2.) Event starts at _____ to _______ & “All day” checkbox
3.) Copy: This event spans every day between the beginning and end date, with start/end times applying to each date.

When I select a range of dates, it also doesn’t create multiple instances of it on my calendar is it’s supposed to according to documentation on their website.

Where do I see the rest of the options like day of week, etc?

I use WordPress 3.3.1 and Site5’s WiseBusiness Theme.

    Thanks!

sorry, please re-read my post (edited it).

Thanks! Wow…I just realized that the “add recurring event” button was hidden up at the very top. I usually use the “add event/post/page” off the side menu.

Thanks for being replying so fast!

    that’s great. no problem
