[Plugin: Events Manager] Overwriting widgets with events

  • I just installed EM I added an event and have the list showing on the start page via shortcode. I am using the default “events” page that was created during the install. The site is using a theme. When I click on one of the vents or go to the events page. all of my widgets that have widget content in them are overwritten with the event information. The main page is www2.saintandrewsseattle.org which has the widgets filled correctly. (this is a test site that I am working on to see if I want to go the way of WP.) then you can look at www2.saintandrewsseattle.org/events and see that all the widgets are filled with events.

    How can I stop it from filling all the widget that have widget content?

    also worth trying the Events > Settings > Events Page > Disable title rewrites setting.
