[Plugin: Events Manager] JavaScript error in console causing problems in admin

  • Hi,

    I just installed Events Manager 5.0.42 on a new installation of WordPress 3.3.1 today and am having issues in the admin console in both Chrome and Firefox. I get this JavaScript error:

    Uncaught Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [class^=add:event-categorieschecklist:]

    Is this something wrong that I did? It’s preventing me from saving settings or seeing the JavaScript date picker, among other things, which has rendered the plugin unusable. Thanks,

  • First, try deactivating other plugins and one by one activate them because some plugins can cause conflict to the other ( e.g. jquery ) or change to default theme.
