[Plugin: Events Manager] Include events in site's search

not atm since EM has its own search function.

Well, there is a post where this feature was requested and sample code given by a user….
Even I would like the search to consider events (properly covering recurring events as single events with expandable recurrent events)

when events = posts it’ll be possible
