[Plugin: Events Manager] ical time zone issue

I’m using the newest Events Manager 5.2.3 and the ical files time zones are wrong. All time shows GTM+0, when in Helsinki I should have now +3.
Also the ical files come with filename index.html, the url should be end xxxxx.ical:
