[Plugin: Events Manager] Get RSS feeds and iCal subscriptions to show up?

I have the Events Manager plugin installed, but I can’t figure out how to get the RSS feeds or iCal subscriptions to show up anywhere on my site. Are those supposed to be automatically displayed or do I have to turn them on?
If I have to turn them on, how do I do that?
