[Plugin: Events Manager Extended] Online payment?

    Other people already did this using EME. The hooks are present for it. I need to write up a proper howto, but for now: use the hook when someone subscribes to an event (make sure to activate approval for that event), using that hook go to paypal and upon payment go to an url for approval (or mail or so).
