[Plugin: Events Manager] Event Name HTML

In older version of EM, I used to use html in the event name to differentiate certain events from others in a list (i.e. <Font color=green>)When I upgraded, the html now appears in the lists title. Is there a way to make the html not appear and perform its function? The following is an example:
