    Hi agelonwl
Sorry, it is not working. https://williamsandcompany.md/temporarysite/specialists/kenneth-tepper/ here you will see the short code and I only have two categories of events. No matter if I put in 1 or 2, I get no events.

The exact shortcode I have is: [events_list category=”2″]

If I leave [events_list] I get all the events which I do not want here. I am wondering if the category short code is broken….

    Thanks for your help.

@techcarellc – one thing to check – did you perhaps delete and recreate that category?
Go to your categories list under events manager.
Find your category – Is the ID definitely “2”?
Next look to the left of that ID – (the 4th column) how many events are assigned to that category?
Click on the number and it will show all stories associate with that category.
    Finally
Double0check that all of those events are future events.

OK, Wow, thanks. I know what happened. For the first category item I only have ONE (1) item and for the second category I have TWO (2) events. So when I was looking, I assumed that the category numbers were 1 and 2 which would completely make sense. Now I looked better and my category ID is 9 and 10, and I have 1 and 2 events in each of those. Thank you for your help!!
