[Plugin: Events Manager] Event link redirects

Hello

Let’s say I have a recurring event called “party”. Until recently, I would be able to go to “website.com/events/party” and it would redirect to the next “party” date (i.e. website.com/events/party-2012-05-10)

Now it is redirecting to the first instance of “party” even if that instance is in the past.

Has something in one of the recent updates changed the redirects? Any ideas?
