[Plugin: Events Manager] Enable Location Name Search for Guest Default User

When entering the Location name for an event I would like the Guest default user to be able to start typing to search for and select a previously created location. However, it currently only works when I am logged in under the Admin role.

For guest submissions, I have set up an “anonymous” user and assigned it to the subscriber role. The anonymous user is assigned to Guest Default User

Under Locations I have “Use dropdown for locations?” = NO

What else do I need to do to enable the location name search to work for Guest Default User? I have tried changing the anonymous user to the Administrator role to see if it was an issue with the users settings but still the same issue.
