[Plugin: Events Manager] can events manager handle employees?

Hi

I use this plugin for events management. It is great. I am wondering if it can be used as an employee resource manager too?

I know I could do this in a very simple way but can it handle the request I have…

Many Groups of employees
One layer of subgroup for each group
A list of main categories (work areas) — janitor
A list of sub categories — dusts, vacuums, cleans toilets
Is it associated with a project

So then I need to mainly measure the amount of time an employee in one group spends on a project or function (work area) and if that was done for their own group or another group. I could alter a GNU codebase to do this easily or even write my own… but I thought integrating it straight up with WP might make it more usable.

Any thoughts?
