[Plugin: Events Manager] Booking Name Field

I notice when you book a spot, the form asks for your name, which is added to the user profile information, but this name is not displayed on the bookings listing or the csv file.

I think that the name should be included in these spots so the admin can easily decipher which bookers are legitimate.
