[Plugin: Events Manager] Booking form won't submit even though there is an email

    I’d been playing around with the position of stuff in booking form.php – when I uploaded an untampered version it worked so it was something I broke when messing with that code.
    No idea what I broke, but at least I’ve fixed it.
