[Plugin: Events Manager] #_EVENTIMAGE{x,y} doesn't work

    Just to add an update if this helps anyone.

    I discovered that when adding images via the wp-admin interface, images do not show. However, events created through the events manager “submit an event” page, seemed to show the image without a problem.

    I’d check your plugins/theme, maybe something there is preventing you from adding them.

    hi! if you’re site is hosted on altervista simply comment out this line
    $docRoot = @$_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'];
    in file wp-content/plugins/events-manager/includes/thumbnails/timthumb.php

    im not getting any thumbnails at all when setting the featured image for an event. site is: https://www.portstmary.gov.im/

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks salsatrips! your method worked for me!!!! I’ve been searching a solution for days! Marcus, please add this to documentation if you can, it’ll be useful as an alternative method for thumbnails.
