[Plugin: Events Made Easy] Does Nothing At All So Far

This plugin is frustrating me. It does not seem to work no matter what I do. I installed it, set it up, went to each and every screen and setting and still nothing. No page appears when saved and made public. When I go to the page itself there is no possible way for people to register for the event, much less pay. And when I tried the widget, the widget does not show events, only a blank calendar, and again, there’s no possible way for anyone to actually register for the event and no google maps thing anywhere. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong and there does not appear to be any instruction anywhere on the plugin installation page (or any other page I can find) on how to actually get this plugin to work as it’s described.

It looks like a great plugin but I’ve already spent an hour trying to figure out why it won’t work and nothing is showing up as it’s described and looking for tutorials and getting nowhere. I might as well delete it and just link to the meetup page if this simply does not work. Can you please help?
