[Plugin: Events Calendar] Changing languages in plugin events calendar?

  • Hello i’m trying to change the languages from english into german. Is there an easy why? it seems so, because there are files for different languages, but how can I activate these files?.

    please help, thanks all.

    These files should work out of the box if you have selected the right language WordPress-wide and if a German translation of EC is available in \lang\.

    Same problem here. I’m trying to get events calendar running in Finnish, but it won’t work. I’ve downloaded the language files from version 4.4.7. I’ve also gotten the language package for WordPress generally, it works ok.

    I’ve tried to deactivate and activate the calendar again, but nothing. Renaming other (newer) language files to Finnish ones did nothing, language remained in English.

    Please help, how is this supposed to work?
