[Plugin: Event Organiser] Permalink Issue

Hello. Thank you for the plugin. Just installed 1.8.1 and noticed events have strange permalinks, example: https://www.skisanctuary.org/ai1ec_event/trip-kick-off/?instance_id=

We use custom permalinks on the site to display page and post names. Is there a way to fix this so the events will display the same way?
