Events Filtration is definitely possible with the dhtmlxScheduler javascript library (see https://docs.dhtmlx.com/doku.php?id=dhtmlxscheduler:filtration&s%5B%5D=events&s%5B%5D=filtration). However, it doesn’t exist out-of-box with the current version of the event-calendar-scheduler plugin (2.3.1 as of this writing), unfortunately.
