[Plugin: Event Calendar / Scheduler] Can't View the Scheduler as Editor Account

I tried to set and create new account us Editor. But when I check it on the admin page the scheduler is not shown. I already customized it as Editor he/she can edit,add, and create new Event but I this point the Editor is not properly working or the plugin scheduler not display.
