On the page “eShop Email Templates” the table “# \ Type \ Active \ Change” is empty. When I fill out and submit the form below, it says the template has been updated, but nothing changes.

Then when an item is purchased (in testing mode, through paypal sandbox) a blank email is sent to purchaser address but nothing is to the seller address. The order does become set to active.

not sure what has caused this but should be fixable.

First delete the wp_eshop_emails table in your database. Then use FTP to delete the order-recieved-email.tpl and customer-response-email.tpl from your wp-content/uploads/eshop_files directory.

then deactivate and reactivate the plugin.

Check the email templates page again, the table should now contain 5 rows.

Thanks, I’ll give it a try and post back.

    phew, it worked.

BTW there wasn’t any wp_eshop_emails table. I think this was totally my own fault, from when I shifted the wordpress install from my local server to the remote one improperly (moved the files but not the database, then tried to reinstall but obviously left some bits behind).

Before this fix, the eshop plugin kept telling me to deactivate and reactivate, but when I did it would still say it again.

    Anyway thanks so much.

a few people have reported the deactivate/reactivate issue – I’m hoping this latest version solves that.

    Hey

I’ve had this same problem but the above fix didn’t work. I really need it to work. ahh : ( . I’m not getting the deactivate/reactivate issue though.

    thanks in advance

    merci

have you got the email table?

do you have the following directories:
    wp-content/eshop_downloads
    and
    wp-content/uploads/eshop_files

and are there any files in them?

I’m having the same problem, the email templates are empty and it won’t let me fix it.

I did have the email table, which I dropped from the database and then deactivated and reactivated the plugin which didn’t fix the issue.

    I have both wp-content/eshop_downloads and wp-content/uploads/eshop_files. There are no files in wp-content/eshop_downloads. There are 5 files in wp-content/uploads/eshop_files: cash.png, eshop-onload.js, eshop.css, paypal.png, and payson.png.

These two files: order-recieved-email.tpl and customer-response-email.tpl are not in wp-content/uploads/eshop_files but they are in the wp-content/plugins/eshop/files.

This is the only problem I’ve had so far.

I am actually dealing with this problem elsewhere –
    https://www.quirm.net/punbb/viewtopic.php?pid=2625#p2625

However I have no idea as to the cause of the problem. As you see from the link above, if you have phpmyadmin I can help fairly quickly, otherwise it’ll take a bit longer.

YAY! Thanks that totally fixed the issue.
