[Plugin: eShop] How can I change text Shopping Cart to Shopping Basket

Using eShop 6.2.12.
My client has requested that I change all occurrences of “Cart” or “Shopping Cart” to “Basket” and “Shopping Basket”.
How can I do this?
I see that many of the strings have been enabled for localisation.
Do I have to create a .mo and .po file?
