[Plugin: eShop] Downloading Bundle Fatal Error couldn't allocate memory

    I purchased and tried to download a 1 hour teaching that was about 64MB. When I tried to download it, I got a fatal error couldn’t allocate memory (paraphrased, I ran out of downloads and couldn’t copy and paste the exact message).

    I’m assuming there are some size limitations? What are they? The products I want to sell in download version are all about one hour long teachings broken into 12 – 15 five minute tracks.

  • That’s a hosting issue – not a plugin one. Try increasing the memory available to PHP. But be warned, you are going to continue to hit problems with such huge download files.

    As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a followup.
