Plugin errors and no support

We purchased the pro version of this plugin and have had nothing but errors since. The form won’t display on the front-end even with all other plugins disabled or different theme selected. The worst part is that the support team seems to be missing. It’s very disappointing because the plugin seemed like a promising alternative to Gravity Forms. It appears this plugin can’t be depended on for any serious business use because if there’s a problem you won’t get assistance.

We submitted several tickets and haven’t heard back in days (Ticket #7185 is one of them).

We’ll be requesting a refund.
