plugin error when editing it

    When selecting any conditions and after clicking on the save button, the following error is displayed

    The image says: Page unavailable. The website site.ru cannot yet process this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500

    I tried editing the plugin in different browsers and the problem remained. How to solve a problem?

    Hi Sergo,

    Let’s try to troubleshoot the issue. First off:

    • What is your version of PHP?
    • What is your version of WordPress?
    • What is your version of Dynamic Widgets?

    Second, can you share the debug logs and error logs when you do this?

    Lastly, was this working before?

    I went through your list and found that I had version PHP 8.0, replaced it with 7.4 and everything worked. Thank you!

    But I saw 2 more problems:

    1. If I select the Caregory Page section, then the logic does not work. You have to select the Pages section and then it works as it should. Not very comfortable.

    2. There used to be a page site.ru/page1, then I changed it to the parent page and it became site.ru/total/page1. So in the case of site.ru/page1 the widget is not displayed in my case. Although this is the same page. What to do?

    Please open separate topics for your two follow-up questions. Screenshots will be most helpful for troubleshooting as we must first reproduce the issue.

    For the original error, can you please share:

    • What is your version of WordPress?
    • What is your version of Dynamic Widgets?

    We believe the issue is fixed in the latest version of Dynamic Widgets so wanted to confirm if you were seeing it there or not.
