    Hey! thanks for the quick answer, I have cleared cache several times… Updated the plugin and also download the plugin from wordpress.com and try to install it and it shows an error when doing that.

    It seems that there may be some conflicts with other plugins. Kindly deactivate other plugins one by one and check the issue again so you will get an idea of which plugin causes the issue.
